ElectraHeat
Client Portfolio

Electraheat have supplied Electric heating systems to The National Trust, Asda, public houses, Hotels and into many other commercial premises and domestic situations.

Listed below are many of our past and present clients and what work was carried out for them. The clients vary from those who have installed systems in conservatories, whole houses, apartments to commercial properties. The following are some of our clients:

The National Trust - Gibson Mill

Gibson Mill is heated with an electric heating system supplied by Elecraheat

This customer had to use up excess energy generated by a continuous water mill, as well as needing to heat staff and   visitors to this major attraction.   Thermapanel radiators were used throughout to maintain a steady temperature, which could easily be controlled by staff. As well the client wanted to keep the tradational look of the Mill, and therefore chose the steel version.

Asda - Omagh, Northern Ireland

Electric Central Heating

An easy quick fit solution was required to heat the staff and public toilets in this new store.   Rather than trying to run the central heating circuits to these areas, the Building Contractor fitted Thermapanel Aluminium radiators with integrated thermostats.   Quick and easy to fit, work perfectly - a great product, Vaughan Engineering.

The Olde Peculiar - Handsacre, Staffs

Electric Central Heating System

The Thermapanel radiators were selected to heat this development of 14 luxury apartments, as mains gas was not available, and not suitable, and as these top quality apartments were being sold at a premium, the developer wanted an energy efficient heating solution, that was aestetically pleasing, easy to install, and   provide a full wireless control   system, to allow all of the radiators to be controlled like a central heating system. - We couldn't beleive how easy they were to install, and having thought that electrical heating would make them difficult to sell, they in fact helped them to sell, beacuase of their looks and energy efficiency.

Period Cottage

Electric Central Heating Radiators

This client’s home is an older rural property built in the early 1900's It comprises of 3 bedrooms - (1 with en-suite), large lounge, separate dining room, farmhouse kitchen, utility room and a family bathroom.   The property was to be substantially modernised, and the owners wanted to retain the old character externally and internally, but with more a modern kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom.   There was no mains gas to the house, and the nearest main supply was over 1 mile away.   Open fires in most of the main rooms previously heated the house.
The client needed Central Heating throughout, but didn't want an oil or LPG system because of smells, variable fuel costs,   storage tanks and the inconvenience of running in central heating pipes, and a flue.   The solution is answered in the client’s own words.
“Our relationship with Electraheat came from extensive research and we found that other clients in older homes had similar problems to us. We couldn’t believe how simple the system was to fit and with hardly any disruption to other trades and ourselves. The system is infinitely controllable and surprisingly economical to run. We can even take them with us if we want to move. It does exactly what it says on the tin.” Thanks for a great product.

Apartment - Replacement Storage Heaters

Slimline Electric Radiators

When Darren and Lucy Theale from Edinburgh bought their first home it was in need of a more than a little TLC, and in particular the apartment had 6 very old bulky storage heaters that didn't work properly, and had no control.   The easiest solution was to go out and buy some more modern versions - that is until they came to us.   We suggested our slimline electric radiators that were not only much smaller, but looked and worked just like traditional wet type radiators, but had full thermostatic control, a 30 year guarantee and were more economical to run.
"Our electrician took out the old ones, and fitted all the new ones in one morning".   Lucy Theale   – Edinburgh

Loft Conversion

Thermapanel Electric Radiators

Having a forthcoming surprise addition to their family, Mr & Mrs Docherty from Alton needed extra space in their home, and decided to install a loft conversion into their 1960’s home. Fortunately their loft space was perfect, however to get their central heating to cope with 3 extra radiators, meant that they would have to buy a bigger boiler, and try to get additional the piping for the additional radiators installed discretely. This additional cost proved prohibitive. The answer came from the electrical contractor who had previously installed  Thermapanel electric radiators from Electra Heat. Within an hour all 3 units were installed and working and with no unsightly pipes needed.

We were pleasantly surprised at how similar they looked to ‘traditional’ radiators and how economical they were to use. They are easily controlled and silent” Ellie Docherty – Alton, Hampshire

Electric Radiator System

The lift lobbies of this 1960's 18 story office building in the centre of Lewisham, South East London, had always been cold, and to extend the existing central heating system to add radiators to these areas would have been virtually impossible, and very expensive.   The solution was to add Thermapanel electric radiators from Electraheat.   They added 18 of these slimline radiators to all lift lobbies and these were simply fitted in around 15 minutes each.
They were the ideal solution to an ongoing problem  and are delighted at how easy they were to use." R&B Star Electrical
